As our items are handcrafted, colours and measurements may alter slightly from piece to piece, likeness is presented as accurately as possible.

We try and deliver the best service we can, but occasionally we may need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. We hold the right to review our prices and change them without notice.
In the unlikely event that there has been a mistake in pricing, the Customer will be given the option to cancel the order. If the Customer cancels the order they will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to refuse/terminate any order. In the event of this happening, we will attempt to contact you using the information you have provided us. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store. Any incorrect information is at your sole risk.
You the Customer will pay for items at the point of purchase using one of our payment gateways Paypal or Stripe. These are secure, encrypted forms of payment. We do not have access to or store our customers’ debit and credit card details. For information on how your information is used/stored please see our privacy policy.
All orders must be paid for in full before we dispatch.
If for any reason your payment to Vannucchi is not authorised/ complete, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
Note: We retain all legal ownership of our products until full payment has been received. In the case we need to refund, Legal ownership will immediately transfer back to us.
